EXPERTISE

Pierre Karpik is a partner within Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate practice group. His practice covers corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and more specifically the support of growth companies, whether during financing rounds, external growth operations, exits and other similar operations.

EDUCATION

Pierre went to HEC business school in Paris (legal and tax strategy), he has a Master’s degree in law and international taxation (Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University) , and he is postgraduated in business law and taxation (Paris XI University).

RECENT OPERATIONS

Pierre regularly intervenes in venture capital and private equity matters, particularly in the new technologies sector, as well as advising investors (Eurazeo / Idinvest, Isai, 360, Ventech, etc.), corporate (Legrand , CNP, CMA…) than growth companies. As such, he supports both leaders in their field, such as Doctolib or BlaBlaCar, as well as many other growth companies of very different sizes and in various fields.
