Pierre Karpik


Pierre Karpik is a partner within Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate practice group. His practice covers corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and more specifically the support of growth companies, whether during financing rounds, external growth operations, exits and other similar operations.


Pierre went to HEC business school in Paris (legal and tax strategy), he has a Master’s degree in law and international taxation (Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University) , and he is postgraduated in business law and taxation (Paris XI University).


Pierre regularly acts on venture and growth capital matters, particularly in the sector of new technologies, both as counsel to investors (Isai, 360, Ventech, Idinvest etc.) and companies (Legrand, CNP, CMA etc.), as well as to growth companies. He is currently advising BlaBlaCar, Drivy and Believe.
