EXPERTISE

Marie-Sophie is a mid-level associate in Gide’s M&A team in Paris. She joined Gide in October 2019 and specialises in venture capital, growth capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Marie-Sophie is particularly active in the field of new technologies, advising both companies and investors. Marie-Sophie has been seconded to Gide’s New York office for a period of one year (2022-2023).

EDUCATION

She holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
