Admitted to the Paris Bar, associate Donald Davy focuses on corporate law in the fields of private equity and M&A. He acts primarily on venture and growth capital investment operations, both for founders and investors.

EDUCATION

Donald is a graduate from the international ESSEC Business School, and holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University.
