EXPERTISE

Associate Bénédicte Perrier is a member of the firm’s Employment Law practice group. She provides advice and litigation assistance to French and foreign companies in all individual and collective aspects of employment law. She also regularly advises clients on employment-related issues within the scope of corporate operations (mergers, acquisitions, business start-ups, etc.).

EDUCATION

Bénédicte holds a Master’s degree in business and tax law (Lyon III University), a Master’s degree in corporate law (Diplôme Juriste Conseil Entreprise – DJCE), and a Master’s degree in employment law (Lyon III University).
