EXPERTISE

Antoine Mary is an partner within the Real Estate Operations and Financing department. He primarily deals with real estate transactions (both asset and share deals). He has also developed expertise in construction and real estate promotion activities, as well as a daily practice in commercial leases, both in advisory and litigation contexts.

EDUCATION

He graduated from the University of Paris West (with a DEA in Business Law and a double major in Law/Spanish) in 2003, and from HEDAC Versailles in 2005.

RECENT OPERATIONS

Antoine Mary recently advised the EDF Group in its outsourcing operations and the acquisition of a 40,000 m² building under construction (VEFA) located in Paris. He also advised the Orange Group in the context of leasing its future headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux, PSA Peugeot Citroën and Publicis groups in their real estate management, and AEW in lease negotiations, including the future headquarters of the M6 Group.
