Paul Jourdan-Nayrac specialises in venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and corporate law.
He focuses more specifically on venture capital, growth capital and private equity matters in France or abroad, in particular in technology sectors, and advises investors and issuing companies alike. He supports investors and growth companies during their rounds of financing, their restructuring, external growth operations and exits.
EDUCATION
Paul is a graduate of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (Master’s degree in corporate law), Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne (French and English law double Master’s degree) and King’s College London (LL.B. in English and French Law).
RECENT OPERATIONS
Paul has worked with new technology companies LeCollectionist, Allovoisins and Happn on their financing operations. He has also advised CDC (investment in Qwant), BPI (investments in Axéléo and Techniwood), Idinvest Partners (investments in Molotov and FinanceFox), Samsung Venture Investment and Future French Champions (investment in Dévialet).
