Louis specialises in mergers and acquisitions, acting more specifically in venture capital and private equity. He has significant experience in foreign direct investments in France and China, particularly in the technology and biotechnology sectors.

EDUCATION

Louis holds a postgraduate diploma in business law (DJCE) from Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese studies from the National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilisations.
