EXPERTISE

Axelle Toulemonde is a partner in Gide’s Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group. She headed the corporate and M&A practice of the Moscow office from 2007 to 2011. Her practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures, in particular in an international context.

EDUCATION

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999, Axelle holds a degree in international legal and taxation strategy from business school HEC and a Master’s degree in business law from Paris XI University.

RECENT OPERATIONS

Axelle acts in particular on investment operations in non-listed companies by financial, institutional and public investors (such as Bpifrance and CDC). She has worked with Ecole Polytechnique on implementing its programme to support and incubate growth companies. She has also advised French financial investors on their investment in Russian growth companies.
