EXPERTISE

Alexandre Bochu is an associate within Gide’s Tax practice group. He specialises in French and international tax issues for both companies and private individuals, covering in particular M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and fund structuring.

EDUCATION

Alexandre holds Master’s degree and diploma in corporate law from the University of Montpellier (France), and holds a certificate of specialised studies in tax law and economic law. He speaks French and English.

RECENT OPERATIONS

Alexandre acts on the tax aspects of venture capital, growth capital and private equity matters, particularly in the field of new technologies. For instance, he has worked with Inventiva and Gensight on the initial public offering on Euronext Paris, as well as with Talend on its IPO on the NASDAQ. He also regularly acts for investment funds and management companies.
